You may know some of these new Social Media terms....
BUT NOT ALL!
No doubt you might know a few of these. You might even "think" you know what they mean when you hear them. However, they may surprise you.
This Saturday, Marketing Smarties brings you the hit list of "must know" terms for 2016. Of course, you can depend on us to bring you an assortment of new ones as they become news.
Another highlight - Karen brings information regarding an exciting resource for free public domain images of classic and historic interest. The New York Public Library just presented online access to a couple hundred thousand images that are free to download in high res', and can be used in publishing online and off.
We'll be giving the URLs, give a sample tour, and present a few images that we found interesting.
AND, the notorious Comment Gremlins, and the ongoing saga of Comment Tracker issues may be resolved. Now, even as I say this, we all know that the platform of Google+ has been going through several stages of evolution, making it challenging for app extension developers for HOAs to be efficient in developing dependable useful apps.
Comment Tracker is considered highly in the HOA world, and for years, it seems, we've dealt with the gremlin issues and tech' problems that render these functions inconsistent, unreliable, and often unusable. It really hurts when your show format relies heavily on audience participation.
This caused me to journey on a mission to solve the Comment Tracker problem... and, for now, it seems I may have. So, we will be sharing what we know regarding the new Comment Tracker "Yellow Beta."
As often happens when we try to pack too much into one show, we will be diligent in delivery while acknowledging and responding to comments.... and hopefully, with the full support of Comment Tracker, displaying some of the important ones from the live audience..
And, we might even have a reprise from last Tuesday's "What Is The Positive?" show featuring the latest "five minute poem," by me - Roland - called, "In Case Of Failure."
I, Roland from R and D Hotline, will be hosting, along with...
Karen V Chin - San Francisco Marketing Consultant – Social Media Engagement Specialist, a Knitter, a Gardener, and Sewist. Among her many skills and strengths are her abilities to "ramp up and amp up" Social Media Engagement. (#14DaysofMusicChallenge Community
