Namaste to All My Relations! Yes, I know this is mixing some things together that you wouldn't think should be mixed. But for me, it really says it all! Namaste , a common greeting with its roots in India, means that my soul greets and recognizes your soul. I learned about this in my studies of yoga and meditation. All My Relations is a way of reminding us that we are all one with our people, the plants, the animals, the planet. I learned this greeting while volunteering at our local Native Friendship Centre library. This Collection is my way of accomplishing a couple of things: 1) To collect into one place informative and inspiring material about protecting our planet, our land, our air, our water, our spirit; 2) To discover and share articles, videos, and posts that help us understand and value our First Nations cosmology in the interest of supporting our Canadian reconciliation activities.
